Marjorie E. Crist, Esquire
Knowing that you are really connecting on a personal level with a client is critical to quality representation and advocacy. "One of the greatest compliments I get from clients is hearing that I am easy to talk to," says Attorney Crist ("Marjie" to her clients). "When I hear this I know the client has trust in me as their lawyer and is comfortable with telling me their complete situation both good and bad." Clients deserve to have all their concerns and questions answered. "I never forget that for the client a legal matter can find them in new unfamiliar and intimidating territory. You are looking for help and answers and you should walk away from every interaction having your concerns addressed and confident all that can be done is being done."
